NON-PROFITS & DISCOUNTS

We have a rich history of giving back to the community in which we live and work. In addition to our corporate activities, we encourage our employees to contribute to our community.

Non-Profit & Charitable Organizations:

Thank you for contacting Ace Party Rental regarding your upcoming non-profit event.  All approved Non-Profit & Charitable events will recieve a 10% discount off of their product total. As a proud member of our community we understand the importance of partnering with worthy organizations such as yours in order to serve those in need.  As a company we set a quarterly budget to be able to assist non-profit organizations, and because we receive an abundance of requests we have certain qualifications that we require.  Please note that due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are only able to approve on average 50% of the submitted discount requests.  It is best to submit your request with as much advance notice as possible.  For multiple events within a calendar year, please fill our a seperate request for each even.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to offer a discount for every event that your organization is having, even if we were able to do so previously.

Before you submit your Non-Profit or Charitable donation request, please make sure that you meet the following qualifications:

  • You are submitting this request 60 days prior to your event

  • You have a non-profit/tax ID#

  • 501(C)3 non-profit status required

  • You know the rental items that you are requesting and can provcide a complete detailed list. 

After submission of your request, and verification that you have qualified to receive our 10% non-profit discount we will contact you to provide you with a quote and begin the reservation process. Please submit ALL requests via email to info@aceitindy.com. Responses regarding your discount status will also be sent via email.
