Resources: Equipment Protection Plan

The customer agrees to pay the non-refundable EPP fee included in the terms of your Rental Contract. EEP is intended to cover the accidental or unintentional damage to rental items including loss due to windstorm, natural disasters and/or acts of God. EPP does NOT cover the loss, theft, negligence, collision, abuse or misuse of any rental items. You may waive the EPP fee with an approved COI (Certificate of Insurance) covering full replacement cost, supplied to ACE YOUR EVENT INDY, LLC prior to the signature of your Rental Contract (minimum 14 days prior to your event date). EPP IS NOT INSURANCE, NOR A WARRANTY. EPP does NOT cover any loss or damage exceeding $10,000.
