DELIVERY & LABOR POLICY

Several of our products do not include delivery, equipment protection plan or labor fees. Depending on event requirements additional fees may apply.

Standard Deliveries:

Our standard delivery and pickup starts at a base rate of $100.00 and is Monday – Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. The Standard Rental rates cover a period of up to three (3) days, allowing delivery two (2) days before and return two (2) days after the event. See our extended rental rate policy for longer rental periods. The standard fee for this service is based on the city and zip code we are delivering to for your event. If you require delivery within a specific time frame, additional “timed delivery/pickup” fees will apply. Larger orders may require additional delivery vehicles or staff for handling the delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Our delivery service consists of delivering your rental equipment to a nearby ground level site, outside the rear of our delivery vehicles. We will deliver and pick up all of our equipment from one location on the property. Please make us aware prior to the delivery of where the items can be placed. An example would be, placing the items on a delivery dock, under a tent or in a garage. Any deliveries with difficult driving terrain or involving stairs, elevators, or pathways with large obstacles that could prevent easy access to the drop-off locations, or excessive distances from our truck will be billed additional rates, at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries with excessive distances or deliveries with set-up can be arranged, but need to be scheduled in advance – not at the time of delivery. Some of these locations have driveways which might be difficult for our delivery trucks to navigate successfully. Low hanging branches, narrow bridges and tight corners can pose a hazard to our delivery team. See our Rental Policy for specific delivery procedures.

Special Deliveries:

Delivery & pickup times are not guaranteed unless these additional fees are added to your order.

  • Specific Day Del OR Pick Up Fee: +$75 or +$150 if both Del & Pick Up are on specified days (May - Oct ONLY)

  • Specific Time Fee (4 hour window or less): +$150 or +$300 if both Del & Pick Up are specific times (May - Oct), +$75 or +$150 if both Del & Pick Up are specific times (Nov-April)

  • Saturday Del OR Pick Up Fee: +$200 or +$400 if both Del & Pick Up are on Saturday

  • Sunday Del OR Pick Up: +$350 or +$700 if both Del & Pick Up are on Sunday

BEFORE/AFTER HOURS FEE (Anytime before 8am or after 7pm): +$200
 

Stairs, Elevators & Distance Fee:

Delivery and pick up are curbside or to a delivery dock or location within 150 feet of the back of our delivery vehicle and does not include long carries, stairs, or elevators.

  • Over 150ft Distance Fee: +$150

  • Elevator/Stairs Fee: +$250

Additonal Labor Charges

Setup and tear-down of certain items are already included in the rental price: stage, dance floor and tents. For an additional fee, we can setup or tear down tables, chairs, linens and other items for your event. This service must be arranged with an Ace Party Rental representative prior to your delivery or pickup. All labor installation & removals require a minimum of 2 crew members and is calculated based on total products needed for project completion.

INSTALLATION & REMOVAL FEES:

  • Tables Installation & Removal: +$4.00 per table

  • Chair Installation & Removal: +$3.00 per chair

  • Chair Cover Installation & Removal: +$4.00 per cover

  • Sash or Band Installation & Removal: +$2.00 per sash or band

  • Table Linen Installation & Removal: +$3.00 per linen

  • Napkin Folds Installation & Removal: $3.00 per napkin

  • Tableware & Glassware Installation & Removal: $10.00 per table

  • Centerpiece & Tabletop Decor Installation & Removal: $10.00 per table

MISCELLANEOUS LABOR FEES:

  • General Labor: +$60 per staff / hour

  • Event Decorator: +65 per decorator / hour

  • Audio or Video Technician: +$75 per tech / hour

  • On-Site Event Manager: +$100 per manager / hour or +$550 per manager / day

  • Jobs Requiring 26' Scissor Lift: +$350 per lift operator / lift

  • Projects over 20' High: +$500 hazard fee

  • Rigging in trees: +$250 climbing fee

  • CAD Drawings & Event Layouts: +$100 (Used as credit towards event reservation)

  • Site Survey: +$100 (Used as credit towards event reservation)

China, Flatware, Glassware Cleaning Charges

If dishware and food & beverage service items are not rinsed and debris free additional fees will apply to the invoice. See cleaning charges below.

  • Orders under $100: +$50

  • Orders between $101 - $400: +$100

  • Orders between $401 - $1000: +$200

  • Orders between $1001 - $2000: +$400

  • Orders between $2001 - $3000: +$600

  • Orders over $3000: +$800
