Lisa is originally an Iowa farm girl, from a small town called Persia, IA. She has an older brother, Rick, and a younger sister, Mandy. Both of her siblings and their families, along with her parents, all still live in Iowa. Lisa is married to Andy Hinderliter, who is a warehouse manager for KWECO - a petroleum based company. Lisa has three children, her oldest son, Brayden and his wife, Navi - along with Lisa’s two grandsons, Sutton and Sawyer - live on a farm in Persia, Iowa. Her second child is Kelyn, who will graduate from the Kelley School of Business Honors College in May. Kelyn has accepted a position with the Capital Group and will be working in Carmel, IN. Lisa’s youngest son, Bryce graduated high school in 2022, finishing early in December. Bryce also attended C9 for Visual Communications. He now works with Lisa at Ace Party Rental and Indiana Wedding Decorators as our website designer. Andy has a son Ryan Hinderliter and a granddaughter, Evalyn, who is 9. Ryan works with Lisa at Ace as our Tent Manager and our Logistics Manager. Lisa started her career in the legal field and worked as a Legal Assistant for Casey’s General Stores, along with a few smaller law firms. Once she decided to stay home to raise her children, she was approached by the Pipeline Association of Missouri to coordinate all their pipeline training meetings. Lisa was then recruited by a company called Celeritas Technologies to help them do all pipeline associations in the US. Celeritas was bought out by Paradigm in Wichita, Kansas. Lisa worked with them for nearly 8 years, before seeing a Facebook post from a friend that owned Grand Rental Station. She took the position as Event Coordinator and started her career in the Rental business. After 3 years at Grand Rental, the owners decided to retire and closed the business. Lisa met one of the owners of IWD at lunch at Kobota Grill and asked if they were hiring. After working at IWD for a year, Lisa was asked to become a Partner. After 2020 and Covid, Ace and IWD decided it would be an amazing opportunity for the two companies to come together and become one big company offering a one stop shop for our customers. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling, playing darts, bowling, shopping and enjoying time with her family.

Jared was raised in Santa Claus Indiana, and Indianapolis Indiana. Graduated from Whiteland Community Highschool. Straight out of highschool, Jared started a job in the rental industry in Greenwood Indiana. He has been in this industry for 10 years now. He has been running Head of Operations for Ace Party rental for close to 2 years. Setting up tents from the start is what he is passionate about being in this line of work. Jared's hobbies include mechanical work, skydiving, and watching movies. Jared loves to spend his off time with his children and watch them grow.

Michele has been in the wedding and event industry for 36 years planning and managing over 400 weddings, and many corporate, political and Not for Profit events. Michele started Indiana Wedding Decorators in 2014 with a partner and added Lisa as a partner in 2016. IWD and Ace came together in 2021 under the same roof to provide clients with the opportunity for a “One Stop Shop” for all their wedding and event needs. As a designer in the décor portion of the business Michele works with many of the larger budget wedding clients and all the cultural weddings.
