We are a family owned and operated business, priding ourselves in making renting an easy and stress free experience. It is our job and our lives to make sure every customer is treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Once you do business with ACE, you will never go anywhere else again.
ACE is owned by Eli and Kelly A. Moved to Indy from Elkhart with a dream of creating a company to fufill the dreams of others by providing quality equipment, and exceptional customer service. We have gathered employees who share the same standards and values we have built this company on. Each employee is an extention of our company, and that employee's purpose is to serve our customers with the utmost respect and complete the task at hand with the customer's interst in mind. It is our promise to our customers, we will provide a service to you unmatched by our competitors, because we have much more invested than money alone.
RENTAL POLICIES
Normal delivery hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Before and after hours deliveries are subject to an "after hours" charge. Please contact our office for additional information. Customers may pick up items one day prior to your event and return one day after your evet. All rental equipment prices are for 1 - 3 day rentals. When placing an order a 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required. The balance will be due on or before the day of delivery or pick-up. WE DO NOT CHARGE A DAMAGE WAIVER.

FUN &EXCITEMENT
This is no ordinary bridal show! No fumbling around a stuffy room filled with sub par vendors, out-of-date styles and the sounds of Uncle Larry the DJ guy filling the air. We have compiled the area's best vendors, along with up-to-date fashions and trends, to create a bridal show you won't forget.
This show features the ever so exciting "CAKE DIG" for prizes., which involves destroying a wedding cake (provided by Cochran's Catering) in search of hidden charms which represent prizes. This show is the only show to feature an EGGstradionary EASTER EGG HUNT for Brides-To- Be with amazing prizes. Tea Leaf fortune readings will be available at the VIP luncheon prior to the Bridal Show. More details to come!

Setting Up A Buffet
If you’re using dinnerware or fine china to serve food buffet style, you should also follow some basic rules, including the following:
- Serve food in a logical fashion, with the dinnerware at the front of the line, followed by the food items.
- Put a serving utensil next to each food item.
- Place a saucer or spoon rest beneath each serving utensil.
- Try to leave enough space between food items so people can put their plate down to serve themselves.
- If you’re on a budget, put foods that will fill the dinnerware, like salads, vegetables, etc. at the front of the line.
Remember, in addition to proper table setting, treating each of your guests like someone special is also very important.

A POLE TENT is anchored in the ground by staking. This maximizes the tension and creates a nice, taut appearance. Within this category are also found the dramatic, sweeping tents with taller poles. These are sometimes called high-peak tension tents, and offer customers wonderful interior views as well as strongly engineered tents capable of handling substantial wind, rain or snow loads.

FRAME TENTS are advantageous for applications that require the maximum usage of space under the tent top. The top is secured to a tent frame, wsupported by legs around the perimeter eliminating center poles. A frame tent does still need to be staked which can be accomplished with fewer stakes or concrete blocks. Another significant dirrence between pole and frame tents is the price. Frame tents are more time consuming to install and often cost more to purchase.

PARTY TIP
When renting a tent make sure you allow at least 5' of clearance around the perimeter, for pole tents. Frame tents may be used on any surface where staking is not an option

PARTY TIP
No more than 1/2 of the people in attendance dance at any one time. The rule of thumb is 3 square feet of dance floor per dancing guest. Example: 200 guests would translate to 100 guest dancing. 100 guests x 3 sq ft per guest = 300 sq ft, translating to a 15 x 20 or 25 pieces.

Determining the correct size depends on the number of guest you plan on having in attendance along with a few additional elements of your event. For example, a wedding reception typically requires additional space for your dance floor, DJ, head table, cake table, and buffet tables.
